Catering

Our partner for all food and bar service is Myer's Catering, whose 4,000 square foot catering kitchen is right next to the West Room. We don't allow outside caterers, though you are welcome to bring in desserts from an outside vendor.

Your contract is with Myer's Catering. Food and bar service for your event will be managed and coordinated directly through Myer's Catering.

We want your event to be fun for everyone and being able to partake in food is part of that! You do not need to alter your menu for guests with specific dietary restrictions. The exception to this is if you have a guest with a life-threatening airborne food allergy, in which case that item would need to be removed from your menu for safety.

There is a $500.00 minimum for cash bars. There is a $500 setup fee for a second bar. Included in the cost of a cash bar is glassware, liquor, a bartender and all permits/liability.

All menus will have a 7% MA sales tax and a 20% service fee.

All menus are charged an 18% gratuity.

Myer’s Catering makes the majority of their food from scratch, which gives you more options with regard to ingredients. There are dishes that are explicitly designed to be gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian, but Myer's can also modify many existing dishes to be more diet friendly, either as buffet options or as individual plates for specific guests. Requests for individual plates or food modifications must be made in advance.

White china, white or ivory chair-length tablecloths, any color napkins, silverware and glassware are all provided with catering at no extra charge. White garden chairs, chiavari chairs, long tables and round tables are also included.

There is a $2.00 per person cake cutting fee for cakes provided by outside vendors if it’s a large cake that needs to be plated and served to guests. This fee does not apply if you just have a small cake for the “cut the cake” moment and that cake won’t be served to your guests. This fee is also waived if your cake is purchased through Myer’s Catering.

Outside alcohol violates Myer's Catering liquor license. If your wedding party or guests bring in outside alcohol, you may be fined.

No. There are no additional charges for bar staff at our bar in the West Room.

Yes! It's $500 fee for a second bar set up.
