Erin

Owner and Event Manager
Erin created the Boylston Rooms in 2016 after the wedding venue she had been working with closed. While she’s always loved the uniquely tailored moments of weddings — a grandmother as the surprise flower girl, custom vows, and the cheers at newlyweds’ first kiss — she wanted to offer a venue that mastered the balance between timeless, historic details and the design-conscious sensibility of the modern marrying couple.
Erin’s not just the founder, but an active and integral part of the day. She can be seen in every aspect of the business: from helping couples plan their timeline to breaking down tables at the end of the night.

Myles
he/him
Event Manager and Social Media Curator
As a former organizer with a local barn venue and The Mullins Center, Myles comes with years of event management experience. With his bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism and passion for events, he often leads clients on tours of the space, works with them to plan the details, and makes sure everything goes smoothly day-of. He's also one of our go-to rehearsal coordinators!
Myles' true gift is his ability to bring joy and fun to every wedding, managing even the most stressful moments with understanding, compassion and the perfect song lyric. And don't worry, if there's anything you need, Myles is probably carrying it in his fanny pack.
Alli

Event Manager
Alli began working in event management at a local barn venue in 2014, specializing in wedding events for over a decade. Transitioning to the Boylston Rooms in 2021, she brought her eye for detail and incredible organizational power to a whole new world. In 2022, Alli fulfilled her dream to become a high school math teacher, and now can bring her classroom management skills to good use with enthusiastic wedding parties.
Jen

Event Manager
Jen is an experienced event manager with a passion for creating unforgettable moments. Jen's journey with the Boylston Rooms began in 2018. However, her experience in the event industry started years prior during her time in the restaurant industry, where she worked before transitioning to life as a stay-at-home mom to her two boys.
Since joining us, she has become an integral part of the team, bringing her wealth of experience, attention to detail, and creative flair to every event she coordinates.
Sage
they/them
Web Marketer
Sage’s blended skill set includes wedding photography and brand development. With their Masters in marketing analytics, their real bread and butter is data work and bold visual storytelling. Sage is the back end support that updates our website, and streamlines forms.
Alyssa
she/her
Event Manager
Growing up with a love for movement, she obtained Bachelor of Arts in Dance and moved to Boston where she spent a decade living and working in the bustling city.
As her love for helping others grew, Alyssa decided to further her education and is currently enrolled in a graduate program for mental health counseling. She hopes to use her education and experience to make a difference in the lives of those struggling. Her passion for mental and physical wellness gives her a great eye for clients' needs and comfort, making her a truly wonderful addition to our team. She brings spirit and levity to our weddings.
